Josh's Hope (JHF) absolutely wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!  Since our products are mostly original art & craft,  JHF will consider returns on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of JHF.    Please contact us at:  info@joshshopefoundation.org with any issues or questions. 

                             

Please state reason for return and we will respond as quickly as possible.  Return shipping charge is responsibility of the consumer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items will not be considered for return such as; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Returns are considered for up to 7 days of receipt.  

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.
